Accordingly, M3 Communication will be the supplier of materials, components and equipment for Meggitt PLC, a company that specialises in researching, designing, developing, manufacturing and integrating products in the fields of aerospace, defence and energy.
As a precision engineering company in the aerospace and defence industry, M3 Communication has built a system meeting the AS9100D international quality management certification in the aerospace sector (2019).
In order to gain Meggitt’s approval as a supplier, M3 Communication has developed a technological process and measurements to evaluate the quality of product samples (known as the First Article Inspection Process). This is the most difficult step because all products must satisfy extremely strict requirements on material origin, tolerance, and surface treatment.
Reid Parker, an US expert of Meggitt PLC who once came to Viettel to help engineers in perfecting technologies, said AS9100D certification has affirmed M3 Communication’s production and supply capabilities, adding that his company will continue to choose M3 so that the Viettel affiliate may become a leading supplier of Meggitt.
